R 1-R 3H or 1-22C monovalent hydrocarbon-based group; Q : mineral or organic anion; P : polysaccharide chain; X : optionally hydroxylated 1-18C divalent hydrocarbon-based group; An : ionic group (-C(=O)-O-V, -P(=O)-(O-V) 2or -S(=O) 2-O-V); V : H, alkali metal or alkaline-earth metal; and n : degree of substitution of polysaccharide compound with an anionic group (DS(-)) is 0.02-2.
