The system has a piece (P) provided with two orifices (O) having form corresponding to that of chosen gymnastic flexible. A groove (G) provided between the orifices have a wide upper part and a narrow lower part. The piece has a slot (F) permitting to draw the flexible, and two holes (L) opposite to the orifices and perpendicular to the slot. The holes assure a passage for a rigid or flexible strap.
