The structure has a seat unit whose two sides having a pair of carrier parts (23) that has a pair of support slots (230) to raise the unit. A releasing device placed in the parts has an interlocking block (32). The block is pushed by an elastic unit for being maintained and positioned on a latching slot of a receiving part, supporting the seat unit, of a frame, and is withdrawn from the latching slot by a release gear unit (31) to lift the seat unit.
