The heel piece has two rollers (5) disposed on a heel rest and mounted movable in rotation around a horizontal axis (6) transversal to the heel piece. An oscillating platform (10) is provided at the heel piece of the binding for the positioning of the heel of the ski boot and mounted movable in rotation around a vertical axis (4) and in rotation around the axis (6). An independent claim is also included for a ski having a ski binding with a stop and a heel piece.
