The device has a cylindrical rigid rod (1) in which an upper pre-limed part (2) is reserved inside a tight protective tube (3). The upper end of the tube is thermo-welded to ensure its sealing (6). The upper end of the protective tube has a cutting cap (4) facilitating its sectioning during implementation. The tube has at its base a sealing device (5) preventing the oozing of the lime along the rod.
