The device has a support part (1) supported below a part (2) of a cabinet that is at a height (H) from ground. A rod (5) is integrated with a rotation unit (4) and has a thread (5a) screwed in a threaded hole (1a) of the part (1) to adjust the height for adapting the part (1) to different heights of the cabinet. A lever arm (3) rotates the part (1) when a lateral to and fro movement is applied on the arm to lift and move the cabinet.
