The system has bases (10) with a front side provided with locations. Each base has a control printed circuit with control terminal at the level of each location and upstream control connectors, and power prewiring units. Switchgear modules e.g. circuit breaker (50a), contactor (50b) and thermal relay (50c), are removably fixed on the locations and electrically connected to the terminals and prewiring units.
