The device has a carrier (4) with L shaped section to associate a large vertical wing (41), conceived as a track girder, with a horizontal runway (72) receiving a commercial load. The runway is supported by an axial torsion rod (50) blocked at its ends by a transversal end arm (51) and fastened along the girder by transversal intermediate and central arms (52, 53). A small wing supports an outer side of the runway between the arms.
