The method involves transmitting a signal to a mobile terminal for authorizing to receive an urgency message in a telecommunication network in which the terminal receives a limited service. The signal includes an instruction for executing a location updating procedure in the network and an additional temporary identifier for the terminal in the network. An independent claim is also included for a mobile terminal in roaming between one telecommunication network in which the terminal receives normal services and another telecommunication network in which the terminal receives limited services.
