The device has connection units (5, 5`) which are independent from each other and cooperating with respective openings provided in a central part of a lower emitting tube (1). The units (5, 5`) close the emitting tube between the openings in a sealed manner. The units (5, 5`) are identical and are constituted by tube sections (6, 6`) with respective ends connected to nozzles (7, 7`). An independent claim is also included for a towel-warmer radiator comprising a central connection device.
