The boot (C) has a protection device with two deformable flexible heel cushions (2) arranged internally on a part of lateral quarters. The cushions have central openings (2a) for passage of a lateral malleolus and a medial malleolus, and side parts (2b) surrounding the malleoli. The cushions arranged in covers are mounted in a removable manner with respect to the quarters with a position adjustable capacity.
