The device has ventilators placed above a computer to circulate air in a circulation direction. Units (11, 12) respectively provided for ventilators (3, 4) oppose the circulation of air in another circulation direction opposite to the former. The units (11, 12) respectively have fixed grills (13, 14) and movable grills (15, 16). Units (20) placed between the computer and ventilators (3, 4) distribute the air in a homogenous manner.
