The system has superposed upper and lower reservoirs (1, 2) that communicate between them using a filling mechanism (3) that is constituted of a valve (3a) and a float (3b). The lower reservoir includes an emptying mechanism (4) at its base and is fed by the upper reservoir. The upper reservoir acting as a storage tank is fed by reclaimed waste water (R) or rain water.
