Composition (A), comprises: an urea compound (I) or their salts, solvates and isomers; and an active agent (dermorelaxants, agents stimulating the synthesis of fibers of the dermic or epidermic extracellular matrix or fibers located on the level of the dermo-epidermic junction and/or preventing their degradation, anti-glycation agents, lipolytic active or lipogenesis inhibitors and/or anti-irritant agents, in a medium. Composition (A), comprises: an urea compound (I) of formula ((R 1)(R 2)N-CO-N(R 3)(R 4)) or their salts, solvates and isomers; and an active agent (dermorelaxants, agents stimulating the synthesis of fibers of the dermic or epidermic extracellular matrix or fibers located on the level of the dermo-epidermic junction and/or preventing their degradation, anti-glycation agents, lipolytic active or lipogenesis inhibitors and/or anti-irritant agents, in a medium. R 1-R 4H, 1-4C alkyl or 2-6C hydroxyalkyl group (containing 1-5 OH). Provided that at least one of R 1-R 4 is a hydroxyalkyl group. An independent claim is also included for a cosmetic or dermatological unit comprising: container (closed by a closing element) bound by a compartment; and (A) placed in the compartment.
