The device has a mounting unit (12) with openings (13, 14) forming a pivot axle allowing an arm to pivotably move between a position in which an end of the arm is adjacent to a support surface and another position in which the end is spaced from the surface. A screw (16) adjusts the axle with respect to the surface for adjusting the position of the end relative to the support when the arm is in its former position. An independent claim is also included for a sunshade blind assembly.
