The seal has an elastically deformable base (7) with lips (8) extending orthogonally relative to a plane of the base to form elastic slots that are covered with an acrylic based anti-friction material. The seal is obtained by sectioning an extruded profile (6) using a sectioning line (5) to obtain a unit of length defined according to a width of a slide (2). Extruding grooves (10) are provided at bottom of the seal.
