The method involves determining data necessary to a client machine, as an increment of data of an elementary entity, where a request comprises of information and identifies a zone of a digital image or a video signal. Stored data related to the signal is identified and the necessary data is compared with the identified data. A decision is made to determine if a processing unit is ready to transmit the necessary data towards the machine. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a request processing management device comprising a processing unit (B) an information storage unit comprising instructions for execution of stages of a method for controlling processing of a request coming from a client machine in a communication network (C) a computer program comprising sequences of instructions of software code portions implementing stages of a method for controlling processing of a request coming from a client machine in a communication network.
