The device has a base (1) fixed by screwing on a leg of a letter box, and a shell (2) encased and fixed by screw on the base. The shell has a window (3) on its front side (4), where the window receives a poster of preset dimension. The poster can be changed, by dismounting by tilting the front side of the window. The shell and the base are painted with a color same as that of the box.
