The device has batteries or electric accumulators, erasable markers, blinking or fixed diodes (9) lighting a small translucent screen (7), a sound signal and/or recorded sound messages. The device is actuated in different manners by mechanical, magnetic or mercury contactors, by the intervention of presence detectors, photoelectric cell or by simple displacement of the device. The small translucent screen (7) receives stencil type opaque masks letting pass the light of the diodes and comprising writings such as headlights, belts, drive on the left, drive one on the right in case of emergency, urgent and to see.
