The fork (2) comprises three rather short teeth (6) with flat and flaked ends to maintain the shrimp (1) and to weaken the resistance of the ventral membrane to tear it. The U-shaped cutting grip (3, 11) comprises two articulated levers (15), which is connected to beaks (9) to penetrate the body of the shrimp and to remove the scales forming the carapace (4). The material used for the manufacture of the fork and the grip is of stainless steel and/or food plastic. The grip having an elastic material to release the hand, once the bills are introduced into the body (5) of the shrimp, which generates spacing by two rings inserting the thumb and the index for deshelling the shrimp. An independent claim is also included for a process using the above deshelling.
