The method involves putting a champagne wine bottle turning case in reference in a positioning frame. Articulated left and right lateral vertical walls (31, 32) of the case are automatically adjusted at its inner or outer side and positioned perpendicular to the frame. The walls are maintained in a perpendicular position during filling of the case, until installation of a lid and are released after installation of the lid and closing. An independent claim is also included for a device to implement a champagne wine bottle turning cases positioning method.
