The device has a heat exchange module (2) with adjacent layers (10) of tubular ducts (4). The axes of a passage section of the ducts are distributed along surface of a transversal section of the module. Fluid recovery and distribution units in the ducts successively arranged in a longitudinal direction of the module perpendicular to the transversal section allow the circulation of respective fluids in the ducts of respective layers. Each layer has a set of ducts with a hydraulic passage section of diameter less than 5 millimeter. An independent claim is also included for a method of fabricating a module of a heat exchange device.
