The assembly has two longitudinal prestressed beams (1) between which floors are laid, and two columns (11) made of reinforced concrete. Each beam has a reinforcement armature with transversal coupling bars (9) extending in a reserve from a corresponding side of a main section. Each columns has a corbel (13) supporting an end of each beam so that the beams are placed side by side by their longitudinal projecting portion. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a slab using a slab support assembly.
