Glazing composition (I) for car comprising an acrylic resin (A) having hydroxyl groups and isocyanate polyfunctional compound (B), comprises (A), which is obtained by using hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate having a 4-9C hydroxyalkyl which constitutes a part of its monomer and (B) is a isocyanate compound of isocyanurate type. Glazing composition (I) for car comprising an acrylic resin (A) having hydroxyl groups and isocyanate polyfunctional compound (B), comprises (A), which is obtained by using hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate having a 4-9C hydroxyalkyl which constitutes a part of its monomer and (B) is a isocyanate compound of isocyanurate type (where (I) is prepared in such a manner and includes soft segment part (25-50 mass%) compared to the total solids content of acrylic resin having hydroxyl groups and (B), the ratio of soft segment part derived from a monomer containing lactone with the total solids content of (A) and (B) is not greater than 4.5% by mass, and the vitreous dynamic transition temperature of a hardened coating film obtained from (I) is located in the interval from 30-60[deg]C, the soft segment part has a alkene compound of formula -(CH 2) n (where n represents a whole number of 4 or more)). An independent claim is also included for a process of formation of a film with multi-layer coating to cover an object on a higher coating layer, and comprising application as the higher coating layer to (I).
