The assembly has dampening units between an inner surface (5) of a housing (4) and an outer surface (10) of an outer ring (7). The unit is elastically deformable in a radial direction for compensating radial movements of a clutch housing (1) when the housing is subjected to axial force and limits radial force between the inner and outer surface. An annular part with equally distributed deformable slots is fixed on the surface (10). An independent claim is also included for a clutch system of a motor vehicle.
