The plate has dispersive regions for symmetric waves, where its sides are not parallel and form an angle such that plate thickness varies in a symmetric manner relative to a median plane. Sensors (N40T, N40B) are stuck oppositely and on both sides of the plate with their electric polarization vectors oriented in asymmetric or symmetric manner relative to the plane if they are connected in parallel or antiparallel.
