The garment has a safety and signaling device constituted by a safety vest (2) integrated to the garment and housed in the garment in non-utilization position. A pocket (3) is provided on an upper rear part of the garment to house the safety vest in the non-utilization position of the garment. The pocket has a visual mark to verify instantaneously that the pocket is well closed and the vest is integrated in the pocket. The vest has a self-adhesive stripe type closure device at its front part, with size corresponding to that of the garment.
