The device has a covering to cover an upper surface of a pot, and split on an opening. The covering has orifices (1) for allowing the passage of stems of plants into the pot. Small holes (6) are pierced to allow sprinkling of the plants by pouring water above a surface of the plants and to ensure a ventilation of soil of the pot. A small funnel (7) is provided for the sprinkling of the plants in the pot.
