Process of cosmetic care (particularly to improve cutaneous microcirculation), comprises application of a fine layer of a cosmetic composition (A) comprising one or more active agents (preferably with sticky texture) (I) to stimulate the cutaneous microcirculation on the face, followed by a specific care of the face to make (A) to penetrate.
