The system has a connection ring (20) to connect an end cover (10) intended to be locked on a fluid distribution branch connection. A set of notches and a set of bosses (310) integrated respectively to the cover and the ring, are provided for angular positioning of the ring relative to the end cover. The notches and bosses are subjected to the action of a return spring (40). An independent claim is also included for a medical apparatus comprising an end cover connection system.
