The assembly has two series of exchangers (1, 2) with series of exchangers (1) constituted of two exchange bodies (5), and series of exchangers (2) constituted of two exchange bodies (7). Each of the exchange bodies has inlets and outlets connected to corresponding distribution lines and collecting lines, respectively. A perlite or rock wool (I) isolates the bodies, the distribution lines and the collecting lines.
