The system has a monitoring center (2) to remotely control a processing and storing unit of a vehicle (C1). A GSM type transfer unit transfers commands to the vehicle unit to indicate actions to be performed. An alarm unit produces alarms based on notifications of the vehicle. The center has a storage unit to store discrimination lists of referential data, and a central transfer unit to transfer the lists to the vehicle storing unit.
