The device has a wedge (11) of width (12) lesser than the width (13) of a groove (4) and length (14) greater than the width (13) of the groove. The wedge presents, in an axis of symmetry with respect to two contact zones (31, 32), a passage release for a fixation screw (2). The release is adapted to receive tip of the screw that is designed to subject the wedge to a turning torque under the effect of the rotation of the screw.
