The equipment has plates including a set of traversing orifices (4) with threaded housings. The housings receive threaded rods that are terminated by loops or hooks. Another set of traversing orifices (6) anchors the plates in the ground and emerges on top of the plates by cavities. Each plate has lag screws installed in the orifices (6) such that upper ends of threaded rods of the screws do not exceed the top of the plate. An independent claim is also included for a method of installing a signage and safety equipment.
