The device has a flexible body (5) associated to a rigid unit (2) intervening at a level of an end part (7) of the body. A ring shape rigid insert (9) housed in another end part (8) of the body is assembled after molding. The end part (8) has a cylindrical part forming a flexible part. The end parts (7, 8) comprise peripheral sealing lips, respectively. Notches (25) are symmetrically and regularly arranged on both sides of the insert. The rigid insert is housed at the periphery of the flexible part.
