Terminal access controlling device for mobile service switching center, has proxy-call session control function module emulator and user agent to order gateway mobile switching center module

The device has a proxy-call session control function (P-CSCF) module emulator and a user agent cooperating with a terminal`s name to order an interrogating-CSCF module to initiate registering of a subscriber of the terminal closer to a serving-CSCF module. The emulator and the agent send a call towards the S-CSCF module, and order a gateway mobile switching center module to control communication establishment at circuit switched domain. An independent claim is also included for a mobile service switching center including a terminal access controlling device.
