The sheet (20, 120) is cutted on the periphery of the edge. The two sheets are welded on both edges to form undercook plate, which is covered with polytetrafluoroethylene and silicone. The welding of the two sheet is discontinuous and without addition of material. In the sheets the higher faces are coplanar and placed in the direction of the openings of the cups. The plate is reinforced by a welded vein and the tolerance is lower than 0.05 mm. The thickness of the sheet (10) is lower than the thickness of another sheet and the rigidity of the plate is ensured by the sheet. The periphery of the plate is reinforced by a reinforcement headpiece (2), which is placed perpendicular in the plane of the cooking plate. The sheets are steel, aluminum and stainless steel. An independent claim is included for a manufacturing process of cooking plate.
