The tube is moved at 1.500 bar and has projection end, which is placed to a distance of 3-25 mm of the surface part of the element. The jet has a direction, which forms an angle of 10-80 degree with the surface part and has a travel rate of 0.2 m/s. The tire is sliced in a perpendicular plan to its symmetry axis of rotation before the treatment for producing the metallic element. The treatment further comprises projection of liquid on the entire surface of the element, which is not adjacent to a perforated support (42, 44) and separated non-metal materials are driven by holes of the support. The element contains a reinforcement metal parallel to the surface, which receives the jet, and the distance from the projection end of the tube to reinforcement metal is 6-10 mm. The jet has a traverse speed of 1-10 m/s, and it is obtained by a spinning nozzle. The number of revolutions of the nozzle is 1000-3000 tr/min. The treatment conditions are: the pressure of 2000-2800 bar and the material containing rubber has an particulate average dimension higher than 0.4 mm; the pressure of 3000-4100 bar and the material containing rubber has a particulate average dimension lower than 200 mu m; and the pressure of the projected water jet is 6000 bar and the material containing rubber has a particulate dimension lower than 10 mu m. The treated element is obtained by peeling of a tire. An independent claim is included for a installation to carry the above recovery process.
