The tank has a cylindrical vessel (2) with a reinforcement (3), a drip tray (15), and a jack. The actuation of the jack for closing a vent of an inspection hole drives the displacement of a finger in a latch of a cover (18) to lock the cover. A pipe (23) allows a sealing contact between an opening (22) provided at a base of the drip tray and the passage formed by the reinforcement.
