The device has three main aluminum profiles in which an external handle has a shape permitting the use of a lock (16) and electromagnetic vacuum pads as a closing unit for an access port. A counter plate of one vacuum pad is fixed by an expansion screw and a screw nut sliding in a groove. An electromagnetic piston (19) allows closing the door which is opened by an electrical system using a key rotating in a European cylinder.
