The device has dismountable mixer sets (21a, 21b) which are modulable and disassembled into one or two parts and comprise two interchangeable sprinklers (4, 5) that permit the mixing of air and an abrasive. The diameter of the sprinklers is chosen as a function of an aggregate. The quantity of air and the aggregate is modified by the sprinklers. An air inlet feeds conduits (2, 3), where one conduit (2) feeds air to the top of a tank (7) for pressurizing the aggregate. The conduit (3) feeds the sprinkler (4) of the set (21a), and the sprinkler (5) feeds an exchange chamber (8).
