The device has a separator (3) with two axial ends (31, 32) interposed between two hydraulic fluid volumes (1, 2) and bored with two series of axial channels (40, 50). The axial ends (31, 32) respectively define chambers (310, 320) which are bordered by respective annular valve seats (311, 321) on which bladed valves (41, 52) are supported. The separator has a cylindrical body (30) traversed by the channels, and identical connected covers (312, 322) applied to the body, where the covers (312, 322) respectively define the chambers (310, 320).
