The furniture has panels (1-3) articulated by hinges rotating through a pivot for forming a table top in a horizontal position. The panels are pivoted on a fixed plate and the pivot is fixed at the center of one panel (2) and in the axis of the plate. A chassis is composed of two leg assemblies (7, 8) assembled on a base, where the leg assemblies are mounted on casters that permit to move the furniture. The panel (1) permits, in a folded position, to store a folding chair that is suspended in a recess forming part by hooks.
