The method involves forming a simplified tree with (N-1) rows, by a central manager. The tree is transmitted by the manager to a terminal, if the number of levels (N) of network architecture is 2, so that the terminal takes a decision to execute it. The tree is transmitted to intermediate managers having k rows, where k is equal to (N-1) and a simplified tree with (k-1) rows is formed by an intermediate manager from the tree, if the number of levels is 3. The tree with (k-1) rows is transmitted to an intermediate manager with (k-1) rows if the number of levels is equal to or greater than 3.
