The machine has a cylinder block and sliding disk synchronization system comprising a carrier face fixed with respect to a connecting rod (16) adapted to contact another carrier face fixed with respect to a sliding disk (12), where a clearance is arranged between the faces. The latter face is off-centered with respect to a spherical joint (16B) of the rod so that the clearance is reduced in a zone where faces contact with each other during the synchronization in a preferential rotation direction.
