The machine has electrical conductor layers (Cn, C`n) extending parallel to a central axis (delta ) of the machine. The layers are disposed between thin sheets (6) that are disposed radially so that the magnetic flux generated by magnets (A1, A2), of opposite magnetic polarities, circulating in the radial plane is enclosed in the sheets, where the magnets are disposed on a cylinder (5). The layers are supplied in parallel and opposite directions with respect to the magnets. The layer (Cn) is supplied by buses (BUa, BUb) and the layer (C`n) is supplied by buses (BUa, BUc).
