The device has a vertical rack (1) provided with an inverse U-shaped metallic part (2) in a perpendicular plane. The metallic part is fixed at two points (3) in an inclined position from top to bottom and from the front towards the rear of a bicycle. The bicycle is positioned, such that the rear of a saddle is in contact with the metallic part. A fastening device (4) e.g. padlock, assembles the front wheel and a bicycle frame to one of the vertical bars (5) integrated to the rack.
