The device has a cutting activation device for activating two pincers (25a, 25b). Each pincer is mounted in a pivot (28a, 28b) along one side to form an adjustable opening shaped working ends (11a, 11b) in which an object is worked and an activation side is activated by an operator to determine opening of work. The activation side has a spring (29) in extension which tags the pincers against periphery of a cam (23) located between the pincers and which is activated in rotation by the activation device.
