The pump has a crankshaft (1) and a cylinder head (8) whose position is reversed to 180 degrees. A clearance (12) having a metal rubbing part (13) is arranged between the head and the base of a cylinder (5). The part has a side with a lunule (15) for discharging a hydraulic liquid communicating with a discharge pipeline (18) of the cylinder. The part has another side, opposite to an inlet orifice (10), with a recess (14) directly communicating with a volume (11) and the pipeline, where the orifice emerges directly into the volume.
