Voltage regulator circuit has limit voltage output V/out regulated by a programmable Zener diode (1). Zener diode has restraint voltage limiting the voltage reaching the trigger gate (4) by by-passing all superior values to earth or negative. Zener diode has cathode (32) welded to an area (20) where the trigger gate is also welded.
